NOT WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR? THAT'S OK -  HERE IS OUR RETURNS POLICY:

 

  • Product must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
  • Product must have all MANUFACTURERS tags included and attached
  • SALE items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is at customers expense. (unless item is faulty - please see faulty process)
  • SALE items are NOT eligible for exchanges or free returns.  (unless item is faulty - please see faulty process)
  • All returns must include the original packaging, without postal labels.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO RETURN:

 

1: email GREENFLY and provide the following information:

  • order number
  • Please indicate if you require a REFUNDEXCHANGE OR FAULTY
  • If your product is FAULTY (CAUSED BY SHIPPING OR MANUFACTURER FAULT) please provide the following: ( images + description of fault). If customer is overseas and product is deemed faulty we will refund the shipping costs. If customer is located in the USA we will arrange a return shipping label.   *IF THE PRODUCT IS A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY RETURN THEY ARE TESTED AT THE RETURNS WAREHOUSE AND WE WILL PROVIDE FEEDBACK BACK TO THE CUSTOMER  ONCE TESTED.

 

2: Once we have received your email someone will be in contact with you and we will provide you with the REPLACEMENT ORDER  instructions. 

 

3: PLEASE POST YOUR PACKAGE WITH ALL THE DETAILS OUTLINED IN OUR POLICY TO THE BELOW returns address:
