NOT WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR? THAT'S OK - HERE IS OUR RETURNS POLICY:
- Product must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- Product must have all MANUFACTURERS tags included and attached
- SALE items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is at customers expense. (unless item is faulty - please see faulty process)
- SALE items are NOT eligible for exchanges or free returns. (unless item is faulty - please see faulty process)
- All returns must include the original packaging, without postal labels.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO RETURN:
1: email GREENFLY and provide the following information:
- order number
- Please indicate if you require a REFUND, EXCHANGE OR FAULTY
- If your product is FAULTY (CAUSED BY SHIPPING OR MANUFACTURER FAULT) please provide the following: ( images + description of fault). If customer is overseas and product is deemed faulty we will refund the shipping costs. If customer is located in the USA we will arrange a return shipping label. *IF THE PRODUCT IS A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY RETURN THEY ARE TESTED AT THE RETURNS WAREHOUSE AND WE WILL PROVIDE FEEDBACK BACK TO THE CUSTOMER ONCE TESTED.
2: Once we have received your email someone will be in contact with you and we will provide you with the REPLACEMENT ORDER instructions.
